Abbey Hotel Bath is thrilled to announce the return of the Après Ski Bar this Christmas, offering a magical Alpine experience right in the heart of the city's annual Christmas market.

This year's festivities bring even more excitement, with Bath Rugby Foundation unveiling a fantastic new community and fundraising space at the rear of the Ski Bar, offering the chance to WIN a Submariner Rolex watch, generously donated by Watches of Bath, as well as other festive activities. So be sure to head down to the Ski Bar for a chance to win this incredible prize worth £9000.

In addition, guests can celebrate the joys of the season with the sophisticated addition of Lanson Champagne to the Après Ski Bar. Sip champagne and be merry, with the choice of enjoying either in the cosy Ski Bar or inside the Abbey Hotel's elegant indoor bar with festive tunes all evening.

Get ready to be transported to the Alps with the enchanting atmosphere of Bath's only Après Ski Bar. Drinks will be flowing, including all the seasonal favourites such as mulled wine, cocktails, and hot chocolate, as well as range of festive nibbles. Certain drinks will also be available to take away from the hatch at the side of the Ski Bar, so you can grab your drink and continue to explore Bath's Christmas market.

The Après Ski Bar will open its doors on Thursday 23rd November 2023 from 12pm and will be open daily throughout the entire festive season.

Whether exploring the Bath Christmas Markets or the city's bustling shopping scene, the Après Ski Bar is the perfect place to rest weary feet. It also offers a magical wonderland for festive parties and celebrations and can be EXCLUSIVELY hired on certain dates.

This season, expect a delectable selection of après-ski treats, including mouth-watering hot dogs, Lanson cocktails, indulgent luxury hot chocolates, and locally sourced mulled cider, all set to get you in the festive spirit.

With sparkly lights, alpine lodge décor and festive music, it is the place to go to for Christmas merriment. Braver souls can sit outside on the terrace under Bath’s starry skies whilst enjoying the festive atmosphere, wrapped up in a warm, snuggly blanket.
